Now we need to set about doing it.....
Some of you will have started detox diets, some have decided on weight-loss, some want to run a marathon. From my history in body building the key to achieving goals is consistency, stick at it. Some days you won't feel like it, but after you have done your training you will feel so much better and will be one step closer to d-day.
So whatever your goal now break it down into steps you need to take to achieve it. Plan them into your days and weeks and off you go.
