Our training is geared not just to the development of proper techniques as trained by the Karate Masters across the world but also to conditioning and training both body and mind through safe yet demanding exercise. We help our students to push themselves in their training to achieve the best results that they can. That is why SYSK is the ideal training venue for all ages, fitness levels and physical capabilities.
We hold classes specifically for children between the ages of 6 and 12 years and mixed adult classes for 13 years and above.
One to one or group private sessions are available at a variety of venues or we can come to you at your home or place of work.
If you want more than just regular training and working through the grading syllabus then squad training for competition in Kata and Kumite is also available.
