TRAILBLAZER 10k - Sherwood Forest 7th May

Run like you've never run before

Join Jon and Rachael in a fun off-road 10k through the beautiful Sherwood Forest, the race is being organised by the Runners World Magazine and promises to be a fun filled day for all with lots of other activities for non-runners.

May 8th Sheffield half marathon

Just when Jon and Rachael think they have run a long way some of you will be taking part in the Sheffield Half the day after and going more than double the distance. Again let us know and we will include you on here and follow your progress. Good luck to all. Pat is up for it again followed by Dublin later in the year so watch out for him running in an area near you soon.

September is Bupa Great Yorkshire Run time

10k for fun and/or for charity - start training now for next year's event. The Bupa Great Run series is a great way to get into fitness. Come on down to the gym and together we can get ready for your challenge of a lifetime.........

Rachael and Jon are in on the act again and have taken part in all Great Yorkshire runs so far. Its this run that got us into running and the day is great fun and a great memory and experience.
